" Our family had an incredible stay at this rustic yet beautiful log cabin near Traverse City. The cabin has a charming, rustic ambiance that immediately made us feel at home, but it also boasts a newly remodeled and well-appointed kitchen, which made preparing family meals a breeze.One of the highlights was the huge fireplace—it became the centerpiece of our evenings as we sat around it drinking hot chocolate. There was plenty of supplied firewood, so we never had to worry about keeping the fire going. The property itself is lovely for walking, and we were thrilled to find hiking trails nearby to explore the great outdoors.The cabin’s location is ideal, close to major attractions, but it still felt secluded and peaceful. For dining out, we highly recommend a visit to Yankee Boy Restaurant—it's a must!The hosts were absolutely wonderful—attentive but offering just the right amount of space. Communication was easy, and we felt they genuinely cared about our experience, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Our entire family left feeling recharged and refreshed. This retreat was the perfect escape and will remain a treasured memory for years to come. We can’t wait to return!"
