Downstairs bathroom/laundry: toilet & shower, washing machine

Parking: Driveway and free on street parking

Linen: Paradise Point is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.

Security bond:
A security bond of $500 may be required depending on the method of booking. This will be confirmed if required at the time of booking.

Arrivals and departures:
On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival.

Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state to which it was found.
