"Clean, safe, secure and comfortable. This beautiful and cozy place was truly an oasis. The host was warm, welcoming and very informative. The staff were kind and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. From our peaceful morning coffee in the absolutely stunning atmosphere of the outdoor seating area to their excellent recommendations and suggestions regarding the ‘best spots’ around town- we felt we were at home and completely cared for. Thanks to Julio for his kindness, attention and sociability. He kept us amazed and well cared for. Also, the coffee was amazing and served with a friendly smile and kind disposition. "I have a great time at Lola hotel, the bedroom was spacious with very comfortable beds and hot shower. They served us continental breakfast with eggs, bread, pancakes, coffee and juice. We really enjoyed the hotel atmosphere with plenty of trees and the location is perfect, very near to a travel agency, taxis and restaurants. I highly recommend it! "

"Carmen and Pupito are great hosts. They have a lovely home and make you feel welcomed and protected. Breakfast was perfect. They can book tours and arrange drivers. Trinidad is suffering with power outages but they have a generator, which was great because I arrived at night and it was super dark in the city with no power. Room was comfortable, clean, and I felt really safe traveling solo. Glad I picked this house! "

"This place was fantastic ! We stayed 4 nights and had the loveliest time. We happened to be there when the second hurricane hit Cuba and there was no electricity with heavy rain on Trinidad. Our hostess made us coffee when we hadn’t taken the breakfast option. She was helpful and kind and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. It is super well located and we loved our stay there. We were 2 friends traveling from France. "

A short walk to a tremendous restaurant The tours run from the house (by the son who spoke excellent English) were fascinating and informative over the history and politics (including current) of Cuba. restaurants recommended in Trinidad were lovely and we wished we had more time to eat at them again. And of course the music! Overall a tremendous stay."

"The location is ideal, being right in the main square. The guesthouse looks interesting inside, with tall ceilings like a European palace, being almost one of the best parts of visiting this city. The owner is also very friendly and helped me with everything I asked, including the very late check in. I wish that the wifi was included in the price - it does offer the ability to connect to the network, but you need to have your own wifi prepaid card and while those are cheap, they are not easy to get. But overall, it was one of the best guesthouses I stayed in Cuba during my 2 week trip."
