Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. "When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great. There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people. Im afraid the worst bit for us was the beds & pillows - they were extremely firm and did not give a good night sleep at all. I hate to say but towards the end of the holiday, I dreaded going to bed.
