A lovely holiday villa
A comfortable well equipped house situated in a marvellous position in the very centre of Sanary close to all shops, restaurants etc. & only one minute from the harbour. Sanary is a busy, lively resort with lots of activities but also unspoiled. The house is peaceful & quiet with a nice pool & garden. The garage is a major advantage & is only an easy 10 mins. walk away We can strongly recommend this house & we hope to return some day.

Lovely house in every way!
We (6 persons) spent a lovely vacation in this beautiful and charming house in Sanary. The garden (and swimming pool) are a perfect hangout during the hottest hours of the day. Even though the house is located close to the centre of the village (and the beaches) the back yard and bedrooms are very calm and quiet! The town of Sanary is a small, laid back and charming town and this house is a perfet spot to spend a vacation time in. I can highly recommend it!! Don't miss out on superb wine and delicassy restaurant "impressions 2 vins" on the same street!

Ruhiges, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus im Zentr
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Zentrum von Sanary. Es ist sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und für alle Bedürfnisse sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat einen gepflegten Garten, Pool und Terrassen für einen angenehmen Aufendhalt. Ich habe die folgende e-mail an Mr. Melin gesandt: Dear Mr. Melin, we are back from a very satisfied week at Sanary. We found at 16bis rue Lauzet Ainé, after passing the peculiar entrance, a little paradies. You really can be happy, to own such a nice house and garden in the center of Sanary. Every suggestions we had from your advertising at fewo-direct or abritel and the situation of the house we have seen at Google-earth, we found at the best fulfilled. We have not any reason for negative criticism and so we will say thank you very much for the hospitality. After 50 years since our first vacation at Sanary, of course a lot was changed, but Sanary is still the nice site we remembered. We could visit even our holydaycamp at the rocks of Port Is

Wundervolles Hinterhaus direkt am Hafen
Der nette Nachbar Jean-Jaques begrüßte uns herzlich und half uns beim Ausladen des Autos. Gemeinsam fuhren wir dann in das nahegelegene Parkhaus, wo unser Auto die Woche über stehen konnte und er überließ uns seine Parkhaus-Karte. Das Haus liegt wunderbar still im Hinterhof und der windstille Garten ist ein Traum. Man sollte allerdings das Mückenspray nicht vergessen. Die drei Bäder waren sauber und die gemieteten Handtücher dick und flauschig. In der Küche standen zwei Kaffeemaschinen zur Auswahl: eine altmodische Aufgussmaschine und eine Industriemaschine. In und um Sanary gibt es viel zu sehen: Natürlich der schöne Hafen, die Promenade und die schmalen Gässchen der Altstadt; dann das nahegelegene Le Castellet, wo man einen wunderschönen Ausblick über das Hinterland hat; Aix en Provence ist nur ca. eine Autostunde entfernt und die Calanques von Cassis sind atemberaubend.

Charmante maison au cœur du village et du port de Sanary pour un séjour des plus agréables.
Nous avons séjourné en famille avec nos enfants et petits enfants.Le jardin est très calme avec des coins ombragés à toutes les heures de la journée .La piscine est un vrai plus.

Maison plutôt confortable, mais jardin encombré
Son emplacement est son atout majeur, proche du centre ville, du port et d’une plage, dans un environnement calme. Cependant, l’accès à la maison par une courette, véritable débarras, n’est pas très accueillant, voire dangereux. . Le pourtour de la piscine est en cours de travaux (tous les joints de carrelages n’étaient pas faits), d’où la présence d’une bétonnière au fond du jardin nécessitant une attention constante de l’enfant de deux ans. Par ailleurs, l’annonce devrait signaler que la salle et salon sont très bas de plafond.

Vacances sans voiture
Très belle maison au cœur du centre de Sanary. Le calme et le frais quand on est dans le jardin autour de la piscine et l’animation du port dès qu’on sort de la maison. Tous commerces à proximité. La maison est vraiment bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Ayant loué beaucoup de villa sur Sanary, celle-ci est vraiment très très agréable. Jean-Jaques, le voisin qui s’occupe de l’accueil est vraiment très sympa et disponible (mention spécial pour son apéro, ses confitures de figues et son pointu sur le port). Je mettrai juste un petit bémol sur le prix à la semaine que j’estime un peu trop élevé par rapport au marché mais réservation faite en connaissance de cause car nous voulions une piscine et rester dans le quartier de portissol. Le supplément parking devrait, par exemple, être intégré dans le prix de la maison à ce prix.

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Ungewöhnlich zentral und doch absolut ruhig in einem Hinterhaus mit nicht einsehbarem schönen Garten. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist gut und sehr funktionial. Besonders schön war der Gasgrill und die Aussensitzecke - im Prinzip eine Wohnküche im Garten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war nett und hilfsbereit und der Ansprechpartner vor Ort (Jean-Jacques) war unbeschreiblich nett, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Das Haus liegt wirklich direkt am Hafen in einer kleinen bezaubernden Stadt.

Séjour magnifique
C’est une jolie maison, tout confort et très bien située qui nous a accueilli tous les 5 pendant 2 semaines. La climatisation générale et la piscine furent les bienvenues en période de canicule. L’accueil et les petites attentions de Jean-Jacques furent très appréciées de nous tous tout au long du séjour. En bref, c’est une maison que l’on recommande vivement.

Difficile d’imaginer en passant dans la rue qu’il y ait une si belle maison avec piscine et jardin. Le tout en plein centre du village. La description sur le site est bien conforme : c’est une maison charmante et fonctionnelle qui est très bien équipée (climatisation…) et très calme par rapport à sa situation. Le jardin est verdoyant, calme et très bien entretenu. Il est très agréable, surtout après des heures passées au milieu de la foule bruyante de la plage ou du marché. Nous sommes venus début octobre et avons profité d’une météo particulièrement favorable : le village est très animé et nous nous sommes baignés comme la plupart des gens. Le propriétaire est sympathique et de bon conseil sur les activités touristiques pour tous les âges. Bref un sans fautes de notre point de vue. Nous reviendrons dans cette maison pour de prochaines vacances à Sanary.

Un petit paradis
Nous sommes venus à Sanary pour faire de la plongée. La maison est un petit paradis en plein centre ville, la maison est propre, bien entretenue . Elle est à côté des commerces, des restaurants, du port et du club de plongée sous-marine. La villa est très calme et le jardin particulièrement agréable. Je recommande,sans hésiter , cette location à 100%...vivement l'année prochaine afin d'y retourner...

maison parfaite en tous points et conforme a la description , tres calme avec pourtant tout a proximité ! De vraies vacances vous attendent une fois a l'intérieur ! Toutefois il manquerait juste pour encore plus de confort un store électrique pour la piscine et une toile tendue ou un store pour plus d'ombre sur la terrasse ! Mais la maison est un vrai cocon ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !!!! Merci et bravo pour cette belle rénovation!

Wunderschöne Ferien
Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße direkt beim Hafen und wenn man den Durchgang des Vorderhauses verlassen hat, betritt man ein kleines Paradies. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail modern eingerichtet. Auch bei der Küchenausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Das Highlight ist der wunderschön bepflanzte Garten mit Terrasse und Pool. Haus und Garten sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, der Garten wird automatisch gesprengt, so dass man sich um nichts kümmern muss. Wir haben hier zwei tolle Urlaubswochen verbracht und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
