The apartment is a spacious and bright 1 bedroom of 52m² for 4 people with a unique sea view at 180° on the bay of Sanary-sur-Mer and the open sea. It is facing south-east, on the 4th (and last) floor with elevator, in a quiet environment at the edge of the water.

It benefits from the 4 ★★★★ rating issued by the Ministry of Tourism, through the Tourist Office of Sanary.

Located 10 minutes walk from the marina and Portissol beach, you have easy access to all shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment.

In summer you can go to the open-air market every morning (once a week off-season) or enjoy the large Provencal market on Wednesday morning. This one was elected Most Beautiful Market of France in May 2018 by 4 million viewers of the TF1 news!

For sleeping, there is a room with two twin beds (allowing 2 single beds or one queen-size bed 160 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a shower screen.

The balcony is furnished for meals and relaxation: electric roller blind, deckchairs, tables and chairs. You can store your bikes in the (locked) room provided for this purpose and park your car on the secure parking (by a barrier to entry of the impasse) at the foot of the building (which has an access code).

The equipment includes dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, LCD TV (160 channels), Internet (WiFi), etc. Feel free to check the entire ad for more details.

Within a radius of 50 km around Sanary, you can discover many remarkable points of interest such as the islands of Embiez, Bendor, Porquerolles and Port-Cros, the medieval village of Castellet, the Gros-Cerveau massif, the chapel Notre-Dame du Mai, Mont-Faron, the harbor of Toulon, Bormes les Mimosas, the creeks of Cassis and the route des Crêtes, the wineries of the AOC Bandol and the Paul Ricard race circuit.

Nice apartment at the top floor
95% worked well. The internet speed (WiFi) is not acceptable - it is impossible to use for "work"/business upload approx. 5MB and upload 0,5MB. The WiFi signal is also very weak due to the fact that the router is located in the neighbour apartment. No "female plug" for direct access to router was available. The apartment is highly recommendable if the internet connection is improved. Also kindly remember to advise, the access code for the main entrance changes "every year" at 1st September.. best regards Karin & Allan

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans un appartement avec une vue imprenable. Néanmoins, l’hébergement mérite d’être un petit peu rénové. Si l’on souhaite être pointilleux, il y a pas mal de choses à faire.

Appartement confortable avec une très belle vue bien situé par rapport à la ville.Le stationnement en bas de l'immeuble est aléatoire mais il nous est fourni une carte stationnement gratuit pour les parkings de la ville.

Appartement impeccable et très bien agencé, belle vue sur la mer. Point négatif, Le centre de Sanary en travaux et du fait de l'écroulement d'une partie de la digue, stationnement très restreint devant l'immeuble, malgré tout un bon point pour la fourniture d'un abonnement ticket gratuit pour les parkings alentour.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et idéalement situé au dernier étage. Très bien situé également par rapport au centre-ville mais au calme. Des travaux dans quelques appartements engendrent quelques nuisances sonores en journée. Mais le séjour sous le soleil a été très apprécié. Grand merci à Bruno et Lydie qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement

Wunderbare Aussicht und tolle Lage
Der Aufenthalt war traumhaft. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Appartement hat eine traumhafte Lage - sehr zentral- und gleichzeitig einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Sandstrand ist fussläufig erreichbar und auch der Weg zu den damaligen Unterkünften der Exilliteraten ist bequem erreichbar.

Location parfaite La personne qui nous a reçu était à l’heure précise (ce n’est pas toujours le cas!!) et très sympathique Logement conforme à la description il ne manque rien.La vue et l’emplacement sont TOP A peine quelques minutes du centre et malgré tout extrêmement calme…..juste le bruit des vagues comme musique de fonds 👍👍👍👍👍 Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et nous reviendrons avec plaisir Bernard et Jacqueline du 8 au 15 octobre 2022
