"Ibis Seef was perfect for my stay. Convenient location, cosy rooms, wonderful service. Was even checked in much before time, so why am I complaining? Well, it’s because none of the staff had any local knowledge! A simple question on what I can do in Bahrain and I was told to go walk in the mall! Seriously? All it needs is training 1-2 people to answer such questions and have a small map / print out to give that special touch. "

"On arrival we found the front of house staff member who dealt with us very polite, helpful and service with a smile. The room we had was superb, very clean and comfortable. Having chosen a club room this gave us access to the club lounge, this was an added bonus as having never had this from a hotel before it a nice little feature to have. The Indian restaurant on the seventh floor was another bonus and the food was fantastic. As was the Terrace@2828. A hotel i will have no hesitation to return too. "
