Relax with the whole family in this brand new and modern accommodation just 2 km from the Costa dei Trabocchi here in Abruzzo. Immersed in greenery and surrounded by vineyards, "La Casa Nel Vigneto" is the ideal place to live in harmony with nature. The house is brand new as it was finished building and furnishing at the end of April 2023.
From the main entrance there is direct access to the living area consisting of a beautiful living area with sofa and TV for relaxing. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a hob, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, moka, kettle, various utensils and dining table. In the bedroom we find a very comfortable double bed, perfect for quality rest after a long day of shopping, sightseeing or work. This room also has a TV as well as a wardrobe to accommodate your personal effects. The bathroom is complete and has a hydromassage shower cabin, sink, toilet and bidet. Connected by an internal wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine area, where we find 2 single beds to accommodate 2 more guests. The house is completed by a useful closet for leaving suitcases.
Externally there is also a small courtyard. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is an ideal accommodation for families, couples or friends.
The house is obviously cleaned and disinfected at the end of each stay. The apartment is surrounded by greenery and among the vineyards, in an area where it is necessary to go by car or own transport..
