"A simple property but clean and comfortable. Good showers, comfortable beds. Cool pool! Also easy access to Pisa on the train and beautiful Tuscan countryside by car. Drive further south to Follonica for a good beach. Add good company, food and (local) wine and you have everything you could possibly need."

"We had a wonderful stay in Federica’s home. The property is very spacious and is in a stunning, peaceful rural setting nestled amongst the olive groves / vineyards nr Riparbella. Check in was very easy and Federica was always at the end of the phone for any questions we had. The pool was delightful and a welcome antidote to the July heat! "La casa è davvero bella, un pò scomoda da raggiungere attraverso la strada bianca, ma in compenso regala tanta pace lontano dal traffico estivo di porto azzurro. La veranda è impagabile, e, se il tempo è favorevole, l'interno casa non si usa nemmeno. La cucina è ben attrezzata (manca forse una pentola e una padella molto grandi per gruppi numerosi). "The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended."
