Private: park 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool with privacy (12 x 6 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 07.Oct.) with salt water. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table tennis, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Unser Familie hat dieses Haus sehr gefallen. Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon mal dort. Die Bäder unten waren renoviert, was uns sehr gefreut hat, leider war die WC Spülung nicht zuverlässig. Außerdem hatten wir einen sehr schlechten WLAN Empfang, das vor 2 Jahren wesentlich besser war.

Die Anlage ist super, Pool und ums Haus perfekt. Im Haus nicht alles sauber, unter den Betten fette Staubschicht, Schränke riechen. Bei einigen Lavabos läuft Wasser schlecht ab. In der Küche hässlicher Feuchtigkeit Geruch. Wir haben aber unsere Ferien sehr genossen, über alles gesehen, waren wir zufrieden!

Haus hat gute Einteilung, Bäder und Küche hätten aber eine Renovation nötig. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage und Pool. Besitzer (wohnen gleich nebenan) steuern Beleuchtung beim Pool, war schade, hatten am Abend kein Licht beim Baden. W-LAN funktionierte oft nicht. Strassenlärm war sehr störend, Lage ist aber super da Strand und schöner Ort sehr nahe.

Schönes Haus - schwach ausgerüstet
Nichts war vorhanden, kein Salz &Pfeffer, keine Kaffeekapseln, keine Alu- und Plastikfolien, nicht mal eine einzige WC Rolle. Der Lärm der Autobahn stört enorm wie auch der permanente und beißende Gestank nach verbrannten Pflanzen

Das Haus hat uns von der Zimmeraufteilung gut gefallen. Der schöne große Pool und Garten waren besonders schön.In der Küche war auch alles vorhanden, sogar 2 Kühlschränke,was ich sehr toll fand. Die Innenausstattung ist meiner Meinung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, und es müßte renoviert werden. Dusche, Wände und auch evt. neue Möbel .Die Sitzkissen der Gartenmöbel sind leider eine Zumutung .Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt, aber das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Wir waren bereits 2017 und 2019 in dieser schönen Anlage. Terrasse, Garten und Pool nach wie vor ausgezeichnet. Die Kissen der Terrassenstühle dürften ersetzt werden. Wenig erfreulich der Zustand der Küche: Abwaschmaschine total verkalkt, dementsprechend auch das Geschirr und das Besteck. Leider haben Vorgänger zudem das Geschirr teilweise verschmutzt hinterlassen. Abdeckung der Lampe beim Abzug ist defekt und unappetitlich. Ein Korbstuhl im Wohnzimmer ist defekt. WC Besen bitte ersetzen.

Tolles großes Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Einteilung der Zimmer prima. Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten zum Schlafen super. Täglich gereinigter Pool toll. Lage prima, Straßenlärm stört nicht. Strandbereich und Ort sehenswert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Jederzeit wieder!!!!

Das Haus war schön,bis auf ein paar Mängel. Teilweise gingen die Lichter nicht. Im oberen Stockwerk hatte das eine Zimmer keine Klimaanlage. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist die Kaffeemaschine für 8 Personen zu klein. Betten waren sehr bequem.

Nicht ganz Zufrieden
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider ging die Abwaschmaschine nicht wie auch der Abzug und beim Herd eine Gasplatte. Die Bettwäsche muss unbedingt erneuert werden. Die betten sind auch eher sehr alt. Allgemein müsste im Haus einiges angepasst werden für diesen Preis. Umschwung ist wunderbar. Die Besitzerin hat fünf Hunde auch das war ab und zu sehr störend auch mal Nachts !!

Härliga veckor i Italien
Vackert hus med gott om plats för alla. Bra uteplats i skugga samt stor grill. Rent och fint i och runt pool med tillräckligt med sittplatser. Något långt från centrum och strand i SanVincenzo. Bil är ett måste om man ska handla och ta sej till strand med väskor.
