Brezza Marina located in San Vincenzo is seafront and just a few meters from the main street of San Vincenzo and offers the possibility to enjoy both free and equipped beaches.
The apartment of about 70 square meters, very bright, can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people consists of a fully furnished bedroom (standard bed size) with closet complete with hangers, a bathroom with shower and bidet, washing machine, hair dryer, a kitchen complete with dishes, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine glasses, kettle, microwave, coffee machine for pods, a living room where there is a sofa bed for 2 people.
Brezza Marina also offers accommodations with free Wifi and provides its guests with a flat-screen TV.
The facility is entirely NO SMOKING
In the structure, pets are NOT allowed due to the lack of outdoor space
Parties are NOT allowed in the facility.
It is possible , upon request, to have a high chair and a baby bed at no additional cost. Sheets and towels instead with extra price.

I loved every thing about this apartment. So clean and neat, made feel like home. The location is perfect! Easy walking to all the shops and restaurants. Francesca is amazing, she was sooo friendly and accommodating! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend!
