"My son enjoyed our stay in this calm oasis in the middle of nowhere. We actually just stayed put for the two nights and went nowhere. Enjoyed the pool. My son loved playing with the cats. The set dinner included in our stay (a fish and a meat option) was amazing on both evenings and their own wine was very enjoyable. I was disappointed we couldn’t buy any to take home. Would definitely recommend this place and would next time take a trip to the coast as beach is meant to be amazing. "

" First of all, if you are driving, this is not located in the town on San Vero Mills, but in the town of Putzu Idu. It can be confusing as SVM is a town and an area. Once we stayed here a few days I wished we had not chosen this spot. There are such better towns and beaches just north with much more to do and much prettier towns and beaches. I really see little reason to visit this town. How this hotel has 4*, I don't know. It is fine and clean; it is just a very simple 2-3* hotel. No...

"Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet setting and good service. Sadly our stay was marred by a dripping air conditioning unit all night although this was reported to hotel staff in the early evening. Staff were to be fair were very apologetic. Dinner was good but not spectacular. Disappointed as really looked forward to our stay here."

"A very well kept house and garden about 1km from the beaches of Puntu Izu. The house is bright and modern inside and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The children enjoyed playing in the garden around and the veranda was a lovely, shaded spot to sit and look at the view. The landlady was welcoming and helpful and there was plenty of information in the house to show us where to explore the local area. Overall a lovely stay."

"Had a wonderful time at this beachfront property in Putzu Idu. Perfectly located—just a short walk to the main sandy beach, S'Architteddu, and only a short drive to S'Anea Scoada and Sa Mesa Longa. Quiet, yet close to the local conveniency store and a short walk (on the beach) to the best restaurant in the area. Mario and Francesco are great hosts, always ready to help."

"Sardinia is undoubtedly a lovely place but, for me, the best part of our holiday was Paola's house. It was literally steps from the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves were the background to a much needed holiday for 6 stressed adults! The details now. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is excellent. The kitchen is equipped to cook your meals but there are takeaway and eat in pizza places within easy walking distance even for an old bird like me! We also ate at the bar...
