**NEW** 3 Bedroom w/ den! 5 Queen beds! Heated Private Pool!

Come relax and unwind in the beautiful San Tan Desert! This home has just been through many changes and upgrades! The brand new pool in the backyard is the most exciting! This is a heated private pool that you could be relaxing in and next to with your friends and family!
The backyard has seating for 6 people at the outside table and there is seating for 4 more people on the benches.

Free WiFi and Free wireless internet
Cox cable and High Speed internet are provided for your use!

Sleeping arrangement is:
Main bedroom: Queen
Bedroom 2: Queen
Bedroom 3: Queen
Den room: Queen
Living room has a Queen Size pullout couch

The den does have a set of double doors along with a single door to the living room. There is not a closet in this room but it is nice to have privacy when the doors are shut.

After you pay for your reservation we like to confirm your reservation by phone and exchange information.

Pool can be heated for additional fee. $350 for up to 7 days plus $50/per day afterwards.

Perfect Family House
This house was perfect for our family who was visiting Arizona for a family wedding. The accommodations were lovely, and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor space and pool. When visiting Arizona again, we would definitely book this house again.

It worked for our family perfectly!
This place was perfect for our week long stay. We enjoyed the patio and pool a lot. Everything was stocked well and also very easy to use appliances. Definitely would stay again. It fit all six of us 4 adults and two teens with space. Everything was very clean and well kept. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean.

Comfortable and relaxing !!!
Our stay was relaxing and for the most part comfortable. Everything was clean and enjoyable. There were many food and shopping options available and near by. And the drive to our concert venue was fast and easy. The pool was amazing, and the home was very welcoming. The only small quirk we experienced is the beds were harder than expected. But other than that our stay was great!

This house has everything in it that you will need. Games and blow ups for the kids for in the pool to a meat thermometer for grilling. Clean and quite. Will stay there again.

Nice stay, fantastic pool.
We had a great stay for a week in July. Pool was a great relief from the hot weather. We did have a dust storm come through and Monica told us how to manually turn on the self cleaner. The pool cleaned itself in a few hours and we were back in business! Crystal clear once again! Would stay again.

Amazing property for families
This rental is perfect for families. We are a family of six and everyone was able to have their own bed. The location is nice and central to many points of interest and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home is immaculate, stocked with everything you can think of and has a wonderful beach theme. The pool and outdoor seating area are spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back to stay. Highly recommend this property..AAA++++
