Welcome to Desert Diamond Escape! Your own slice of paradise in San Tan Valley, AZ! Our impeccably furnished 1500 square foot retreat, boasting three cozy bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. Dive into relaxation in our 12,000 gallon salt water pool complete with a soothing waterfall. Unwind in our outdoor oasis featuring a charming gazebo, BBQ, lounge sets, putting green. Fully stocked kitchen, 4 TVs, fiber internet. Don't miss this exceptional experience! - Pool heat is an additional fee.

Welcome to your dream vacation retreat! Just 45 min south of Sky Harbor Airport lies our serene oasis. Nestled in a desert scaped backyard, you'll find a private pool complete with a soothing waterfall, perfect for unwinding under the sun. Adjacent is a BBQ bar area for al fresco dining and a gazebo with a cozy conversation set, ideal for evening gatherings. Sharpen your putting skills on the private green before cooling off in the pool.

Inside, discover a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout with a den, equipped with a work desk for productivity. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a water softener, and reverse osmosis system for pristine drinking water. Feel at home with amenities such as a washer and dryer, ironing board, and garage parking. Stay connected with fiber internet speeds up to 1050 Mbps, while LED pool lights set the mood for evening swims.

There are three heated Johnson Ranch Pools with hot tubs close by as well. Access to a 9 hole pitch and putt par-3 golf course, use of the tennis/pickleball courts, parks, and soccer fields.

You will have access to the entire house.

While I may not be physically present, I am readily accessible via text or email for any inquiries or assistance you may require. Additionally, I have access to various resources to address any issues that may arise, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need any support or guidance.

Nestled in a chill neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of main roads, this spot is perfect for those who crave peace and quiet. With parks just a stone's throw away, you can easily enjoy a leisurely stroll or some outdoor fun. Plus, there are loads of trails nearby for biking and hiking, making it an adventurer's paradise!

We would suggest renting a car. There is UBER and Lyft but renting a car would be a much better option.

Smoking and the presence of pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The minimum age requirement for renting the property is 25 years.

We'd be delighted to accommodate an early check-in if available, for an additional fee of $50, payable through Airbnb. The earliest possible check-in time would be 10 AM. Let us know if you're interested!

Pool heating services are available at an additional cost of $25 per day for the entirety of your stay. Partial heating arrangements for specific days are not feasible.

Photo ID Requirement: As part of maintaining an active reservation, the primary renter agrees to provide a photo ID upon acceptance of the reservation. This ID will be required to be sent to the owner for verification purposes.

Declaration of Children: In the event that children are included in the reservation, the primary renter is obligated to specify the ages of the children. This information is necessary for accommodation and safety purposes.

We were impressed with this property from the pictures and description, and were pleased to find the met and exceeded our expectations. It was quiet as we had hoped, in a nice HOA neighborhood...not opulent but well appointed with everything we wanted: pool, privacy, BBQ, TV’s great kitchen...oh and super nice linens and towels. The only downside for us was the distance to the airport and downtown Phoenix, though that’s just us. Recommended and one of the best vacation rentals we’ve been to.

We spent 99% of our time by pool. We had everything we needed or wanted in the home. The only minor thing was the light next to grill was not working but I was still able to cook our steaks to perfection. I would highly recommend this property for anyone. We could not have asked for a better house rental then this one for our stay in San Tan Valley. We were close to everything where we needed to go in Mesa, Chandler and Scottsdale. Relaxing Winter Retreat!
This place has a very relaxing backyard. It is a quiet neighborhood and you seldom hear the neighbors. The backyard has several sitting areas for different times of day with a heated pool to enjoy anytime of the day! The home was very comfortable but really you spend most of your time in the beautiful backyard! Katie was quick to respond on any questions we had. With this being our first time using a VRBO, we were a little unsure of what to expect and Katie was very patient with us and all our questions! Very pleased with this whole experience!

We had a nice relaxing time at Jaimie and Katie’s. It was very clean and had a nice kitchen area. The patio area is beautiful. We sat outside almost every morning and evening.
