Great Location
This is a perfectly comfortable home with everything needed for your stay. The location is in an area of town that has lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Laundry facilities are great. Patio with golf course view is perfect with lots of seating. We were very busy during our stay and didn't stay in the house except at night. However, if we spent every minute of every day the house would have been great with ample space. The host is very attentive and responds almost immediately to requests or questions. If it were me, I would probably refresh all the linens as they seem a little worn. I would put a TV in the master bedroom. I might also provide small individual shower/bath amenities and an additional hairdryer.

Great place to stay. Great hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay special. Great location right by the ninth hole on the golf course. Also near club house. Quiet neighborhood which is near everything you need! Oasis on the ninth hole!

We came for a baseball tournament and the house was great for what we needed. It was a little far from the Phoenix downtown area if you are looking to party and be more in the scene, but if not this house was great very quiet, great taco truck by the chase bank at night. It was also supplied with things we didn't know we needed which was great. Looking for a relaxing house this is it

Loved the location.
Loved the house and patio. Easy to get to any surrounding area. We were there a week and drove a different direction everyday. Sunset views were great. Golf club house was very close. Tuesday and Friday they have music at clubhouse. The music quits about 8. Saturday there was a wedding at clubhouse which was a little loud. House has everything you need. Swimming pool is very close. Great time and recommend.
