Perfectly Situated
We chose this property mainly due to proximity to fields during a tryout, but the serenity of a farm made this a location we look forward to returning to. You aren’t far from everything you need—groceries, fast food, local establishments—and highways are easily accessible. The apartment is very cozy and a place we looked forward to hanging out in after a long day.

Overall good stay
only thing i would say negative is be aware you are staying in the top of a horse stable. arrive during daylight as the property may be hard to find in the dark. Inside the place was clean.

Great place to stay!
It is the perfect location, close to everything you need but off the beaten path. It is quiet and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the decor. Will stay here again if it is available for our next trip.

Over all we loved this place! Very charming. When you compare a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, family room to local hotels this was such a fantastic deal! My grandson loved seeing the animals. I was concerned over some of the comments regarding the cleanliness. I thought well it is on a ranch/farm so you will have dust. There were a couple of issues, however a good detailed cleaning is really all it needs. It would not prevent me from staying again or recommending it!

Farmtastic! I look forward to staying again.
Dirt roads takes you to this Oasis in the desert. Easy to find with owner's directions. Very clean and upon entering, we instantly relaxed and felt at home. Reasonable checkout requirements and time. Only funny thing was that both bathrooms had steps up to them, but not a problem as there are steps up to the room so it's obvious that it isn't wheelchair-friendly. TVs in each bedroom, and we had no issues with the internet. We couldn't find the remote for the tv in our room, but their setup appears to allow any remote to work for any tv, so it wasn't an issue. Slept well, no noises woke us and well-stocked kitchen. We brought our own kettle (we are picky and we know it) so we didn't use their coffee maker, but it was clean. Everything worked and we appreciated the room a/c and heaters so that each bedroom could be set to the perfect temperature. My mom ended up going with us last minute and she prefers to sleep in rooms about 10degrees colder than the rest of us. Overall, excellent property and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. If we come to this area again, this place will be my first choice.

This is a refreshing location
When you come to the "Almost Heaven" condo, you will be very relaxed. Not only is this condo welcoming, relaxing but so enjoyable. The Ranch welcomes you to explore it. I hope to come back again with my family soon.

Magnificent getaway
This property is so under described on the page. It is huge and beautiful! There is so much out door space, so many animals… it’s amazing. The stay above the barn is great. No smell. The little condo was clean and so nicely done up. They have absolutely everything you need except a washer and dryer. All rooms individually heated and cooled. I’d live there if I could and just help out on the farm! My friends loved the place as well. It’s a 10/10 from all 5 of us!

Super cool place, would definitely stay there again.
Place is clean and comfortable. It’s a “barndominium” in that the unit is over the horse stalls. If you’re looking for luxury spa resort this isn’t for you. If you want a little Yellowstone and being on a small working ranch then this is perfect. Ranch dogs make their rounds and are friendly if they stop to say hello. Barn cat wanted some luvins too so I obliged. We came from the East so the chickens were no worry with the time difference and the rooster in other reviews must have settled down because we barely heard him. Loved the place and would use in the future again.

DO NOT PASS THIS ONE UP!!
This is a very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment over a horse barn. No horses below or smell. Quiet location on a large farm. Upstairs. TV's in each room with plenty of choices. Each room is individual climate controlled. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect accommodation for horse/animal people
This property is located in the middle of a horse facility. 🐎 It is a barndominum, very cozy and rustic situated on top of the horse stalls. Kitchen had everything needed except a wine opener. Towels were provided in addition to shampoo/conditioner bodywash but no hair dryer so bring your own if needed. Also no hangers but I bring my own normally anyways. Resident chickens 🐔 and turkeys 🦃 was very cool to hear. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when visiting the area in the future

Quiet and relaxing
Very nice change from staying in a hotel with large amounts of people. My daughter enjoyed the horses and my wife liked the chickens and turkeys. If you like more of a country restful place this is where you should stay.

Wanted to love this place, but not the standard expected for price paid
I really wanted to love this place. I don't like leaving bad reviews. The potential of this rental is huge. It was spacious, great layout, and nice kitchen. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone had checked on the place in awhile before we arrived. Cobwebs hanging from every ceiling, rental is over a barn so layer of dirt on counters and tables, no working wifi as advertised (requested how to remedy the situation, but the only suggestion didn't work- no attempt by them to fix it) therefore also no TV since they were connected to internet, and bathrooms with dead bugs and dirty toilets. This rental is behind the main house so people were around that could have prepared for our arrival. I left property cleaner than I founds it, but somehow I have to still pay them a cleaning fee. I asked for my cleaning fee refunded, but there was no response to that request. Owners of property, you are sitting on a gem- care about the customers coming and I know you will have rave reviews.

Not clean. Bedding dirty! Went to purchase new bedding so my husband and baby could sleep. Bought groceries but didn’t cook..level of cleanliness wasn’t to my standards or anyone’s who likes a clean home. On the plus side, the property is on a farm. My 2 boys loved it

Great price for a family retreat
Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Nicely furnished and comfortable beds. We have family in the area so the location was great. Will stay here again. Yes there is birds and a rooster. We are from two time zones away so it was no big deal for us.

Interesting Stay!
The interior was excellent, there could perhaps be a warning about the stairs you need to climb to the barn condo entry, for older people or people with health issues, it would be a good thing to know. Also had an issue with the hot water being luke warm, we had to wait for the owner to up the heat before we could take a nice hot shower. The barn animals are fun to watch, they are accurately mentioned in the info provided. The rooster liked to do his thing pretty much anytime during the day, but everything gets real quiet at night, we slept well. The entry to the property is about a 1/4 mile down a dirt road, not an issue for us since we had a rental car, but others might want to be aware of it if they have their nice "clean" personal vehicles. Awesome stay!
Such a cute little apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Has a great, spacious layout. You can sometimes hear the animals but it was never too loud. My kids loved seeing the friendly horses each day. I would definitely recommend!

Nice place! We were looking for a place outside of the city and we found it. The roosters let us know when it was time to rise. The place is nicely decorated and we had everything we needed.
