"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. We stayed here August 2022 and so glad we chose it. The apartment was very clean and well presented. Everything you needed was provided. The real bonus was the fact that they provided everything you needed for the beach - umbrellas, flippers, beach shoes, snorkel & masks, inflatables, bucket & spades, chairs, balls, beach bags so my children were very happy. "Pros. It is a very spacious property in a quiet, nice residential area (except next doors dog barking). The rooms are a very good size and there is a lovely garden at the front. It’s close to the sea, you can walk to the rock beach in 2 mins and the sand beach 7 mins. Grocery shops and restaurants were close by car. Antonia is also very pleasant. Cons. The whole place needs some updating and TLC. We felt like we were back in the 70’S with the decor and crockery etc. The biggest con is that...

"It was a nice property However you needed to drive for everything and no strolling in the evening in town too far away The property lacked a few things ie clock anywhere Side Tables in The living room we needed to Use the floor I had to cut many branches off the bushes outside as we couldn’t get in and out of the car in the parking area"

"Owner Paulo was very friendly and came to meet us and direct us to the house from the main road. House full of character, a round building with one living/sleeping area and a bathroom. Everything in the kitchen we needed to cook a couple of meals. Wine and coffee kindly provided. Views from outside over local area across to Cagliari and the sea were great. Seating area under the olive trees for eating outside ingood weather. Only a couple of small windows in the house so no views from inside...

"Lovely rooftop apartment in the centre of Cagliari with an amazing balcony and great views. 16 minute taxi ride away (20 euro) from airport and central to a main shopping street. The host kept in contact prior to us arriving and due to being a late flight in, we messaged when we were on our way from the airport and he arranged to meet us at the apartment. Would highly recommend for long or short breaks."

"We had one week staying with Paola and Luciano. The apartment was beautifully clean and well-equipped. It was very private and quiet although the owners were available if needed. The owners provided a welcome in aperatifo with wine on our arrival which was very much appreciated after a transatlantic flight. This location is outside of the city but only 25 minutes to the old historic part of Cagliari. If we return to Cagliari we would certainly stay at this location again. Many thanks Paola for...
