"Service to the Airport is not free, is 5 Euros per person, not bad, but is not free. Good thing they have lockers, which is very convenient, we left the luggage two days earlier, and went to Paris, and check-in without carrying the big luggages. Clean, breakfast was ok."

No AC in rooms is a bit ridiculous specially considering is summer and is extremely hot in Madrid! Room 336 had no ac!! Moved to 333 and guess what no AC either! I am uncomfortable, sweating and I can’t sleep. Worse part is I have to suck it up!!
