This option is horrible! I never checked in due to horrible customer service and decided not to check in due to the place smelling horrible and rooms in really bad shape. I asked for a refund and it was not granted. Very disappointing! I do not recommend this option!

Very nice quiet safe place . The staff was amazing. The only thing is be cautious when booking that is says if breakfast is included don’t want to get a surprise bill at the end like I did.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and the fod was great in the morning. They got me a taxi to where i needed to be and were able to assist me when possible.

Our original reservations were given to someone else and they put us up in another property that had plumbing issues. The owner was rude when we attempted to ask for refund and disappeared before checkout. The property is basic accommodations. Breakfast was simple.

No es un hotel, parce un hostal
Los trabajadores que están remodelando el hotel, entran a prepararse el desayuno a la cocina junto al desayuno que te sirven sin ninguna higiene, no hay toallas de manos y tampoco espero en el baño, muy mala experiencia.

La encargada de este lugar fue una señora muy amable y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Excelente servicio en ese aspecto. El cuarto estaba bien cómodo, y limpio. Aire acondicionado y también nos gustó que el área se sentía bien seguro. Les recomendaría este lugar en su viaje a San Salvador.
