"Fantastic unique property, great views. Real mix of old and new. Very very quiet and nice to just slow a bit. Rocchina is a great host and really looked after us well, served us an appetiser and breakfast on our balcony as it was our wedding anniversary. Thank you Rocchina! This place is a little sanctuary off of the beaten track. We had a really good night sleep in the cave rooms. "

We considered staying in Paestum to be close to the great temples but knowing that La Mortella was only 20 minutes away convinced us to try something different during our Italia tour. "My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. "We spent at Casa Paloma 10 wonderful days in August. The house is located 25-30 minutes by car from the beaches, Agropoli, Paestum. It is well equipped, there is everything you need.
