"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt but I wasn’t excited about the extra fees you charge for early check in when I checked out hours earlier than your usual check out time. The pool bar staff were very friendly and excited to greet guests and were enthusiastic in preparing your drinks. Housekeeping rules were not laid out so it was confusing to come home to no towels and trash to find out the rooms are not kept daily. A trash can in the elevator area would have been helpful for guests could rid of their own trash but being told upon check in of your rules would have been a better way to relay this information. Over all it was a comfortable stay and the staff were friendly. Yes we would stay again Saipan def has a better hotel than Guam. Thank you "
