"Upon arrival (Feb 8) we were given a room with one bed. I told them I requested two beds and was told I could not change to a two bed room. "Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest. Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time."
