"This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. We definitely recommend this boutique hotel. You will not be disappointed!!"

"We loved the property the way it was built the rooms the facilities the restaurant can use a much bigger menu and more variety we loved the pool area the spa I recommend this place it’s worth going and price is good"

"Phenomenal stay. The room was huge, the bed was very comfortable, the sitting area was compact but useful, the bathroom was very nice. Reception was fantastic - especially Federica who went out of her way to be of assistance. Breakfast was endless and delicious and included. The building was very modern and very well priced. I can’t say enough nice things about this place - if only they had parking! Otherwise it would have been perfect."

"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. The room was clean and nicely designed "

"Big room with huge bed. We had to cut out visit short, and they really helped even though they spoke little English and we had little Italian - Google translate came to the rescue and caused a few laughs. Thanks"

"I booked this place that was rated a 10/10 but only based on one person’s rating. So, I gave it a shot with some reservation. I am very pleased that I did, because it was a real gem. The property was amazing, right in the old part of Town with lots of charm. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. They made a great daily breakfast that was amazing. Their staff were as nice as the location. NO HESITATION to go back or recommend it to anyone. Great spot. "

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."

"Un petit bijou d’ancien palais rénové et d’un calme total avec un couple d’hôtes à la fois discrets mais très attentifs. Le petit déjeuner personnalisé servi près de la piscine. Bref , notre meilleur logement dans les Pouilles ! Très bonne localisation pour faire le bout de la botte …"

"La struttura di bello ha le camere. Ristrutturate , fresche e con un ottimo impianto di condizionamento. Pulizia giornaliera fatta bene. La cosa assolutamente inesistente e a mio parere improponibile è la colazione. Non esiste praticamente. Ci si accinge al banco di un bar a piano terra dove non c'è praticamente nulla di esposto se non 2 pasticciotti e 2 brioche di numero. Certo , ti dicono di ordinare quello che vuoi....ma cosa ? Non esiste un minimo di menù scritto magari con 2 proposte....

"Maison partagée avec les propriétaires, non précisé dans l’annonce. Manque de liberté de part et d'autre . Cuisine, salon, télévision, terrasse communs .. Premier contact difficile car nous avions garé la voiture dans la propriété!!! ca s’est arrangé par la suite .des équipements existants mais pas mis à disposition, tel le lave vaisselle réservé aux propriétaires. "The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here."

A great centrally located hotel

"It started with a very pleasant check-in and car parking. The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful. The hotel is centrally located so access to the main attractions was close by. The breakfast was great. Hotel also provides coffee making facilities in the room. But do get buy milk."
