Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper as the apartment building is on a well traveled street (vehicular and foot traffic). Overall a good place to stay in La Rioja! "

"This hotel is elegantly decorated , we felt such a peace there … It has a restaurant, Allegar , that has Michelin stars ! The service at the restaurant and at the hotel was outstanding . As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home , like Javier and María , the owners wish that people feel in their Alma de Hotel . Javier came to meet us and showed the facilities in detail , along with stories of its transformation . "Absolutely beautiful building. We enjoyed the ambience and swing-jazz music playing softly in the glass-ceilinged courtyard. We appreciated having two armchairs and a coffee table. It is a shame that the housekeeping team were unable to remove or mask the unpleasant smell in our room. It seemed to come from the basin in the bathroom but permeated into the bedroom. "
