"The Belmont is always my go to when arriving in Manila. This hotel is clean, friendly, safe, walkable and very accommodating. They even upgraded me to a room with a Smart TV as my partner I planned to watch many Netflix movies. The breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of selections. They even have a Coffee Barista inside the restaurant. The Belmont never disappoints and I will definitely be coming back..."

"We will return here! May 2025 • If and when we return here, this is the hotel I will choose again to stay. This was our first experience here. We normally stay at Makati Shangrila, but now, it's Dusit Thani! Every staff member, from Front entrance security, to door greeters, to Front desk, Concierge, Pantry Restaurant, Restroom attendants, maintenance staff, and most of all, the kindest, perfect Housekeeping staff you will ever come across! Well done, Dusit Thani! I just have one complaint: the windows of the hotel rooms need cleaning badly. We stayed on the 9th floor, my sister on the 11th floor, and another on the 12th. All rooms had windows that need some attention to be cleaned. Location is perfect and I wanted to take pictures looking out of my room, but the dirty and heavily polluted windows from the streets, made it impossible. Each floor has its own walkable ledge, so hi-rise window cleaners are not needed. Just cleaning staff to stand outside without ropes or scaffolds. Maybe it’s just too dangerous to consider but, everything else in and around the hotel, just WONDERFUL and beautiful."
