Nos querían entregar una habitación que no cumplía con lo prometido en mi reservación, tardaron casi una hora para hacer el cambio, el baño tenía muy mal olor, es más pequeña de lo que aparece en foto. En su servicios de hotel indican el servicio de limpieza pero nuestra habitación nunca fue aseada, tienen cucarachas y tuvimos que lidiar con ello durante la estancia. Al momento de que nos dieron la habitación que correspondía quieran cambiaron el costo de habitación ya que por temporada elevan sus precios, pero yo había reservado con bastante tiempo. En general creo que de emergencia funciona pero si recomiendo buscar otra opción

No aceptan tarjetas bancarias, la limpieza por política del hotel la realizan cada 3 días y cuando la hacen no queda bien, la chica joven de recepción es burlona, ninguna persona te atiende bien ya que no saben nada, a mi me dieron una clave para entrar a la habitación cuando es el acceso con llave!!!

Limpieza buena, me gustó que tiene piscina y una terraza muy bonita, muy cómoda la habitación. Estaría padre más horario en la piscina. Y que guarden tus pertenecías antes del check in sin un horario límite. Al llegar a hospedarme, lo que no me gustó fue que la chica no sabía de mi alojamiento a pesar de ya haberlo pagado antes, confundió mi habitación y no me había dado la llave. Al menos una sonrisa o ser más alegre, pasa por desapercibido. De ahí todo bien. Regresaría.

No me gustó el trato de las personas que merodeaban la recepción. Intenté comunicarme con el hotel por todos los medios y su teléfono no sirve. Luego, al hacer checkin la señora que esta detras del mostrador se portó grosera y cortante.
