RBR stay in March
Overall RBR was a nice place. It was our first time in San Pedro so we didn't know what to expect. Rosie was very helpful and set up our transportation ahead of time. That was extremely helpful! It is up North out of town, which is nice and quiet, however without a golf cart it would have been hard to do much of anything. The golf cart was a lifesaver. We were able to cook in the place, which was nice. There's a variety of super markets, which were all pretty pricey, but guess that is how it is on an island. Housekeeping came a few times during the 8 days we were there. Unfortunately it was pretty windy and a very bad time for sea grass. However that is out of the resorts hands. They had staff trying to clean it up daily, but it was a lot and smelled. The pools were nice. It will be great once they can expand with bar service and maybe a restaurant in the future. They were accommodating with replenishing the basic when needed (drinking water, soap, toilet paper, etc.). The two king suites were perfect for 2 couples on a vacation together. Lots of iguana friends around the property. We'd recommend RBR to others if they are not looking for a resort with full service (bar & restaurant on site).
