Much Disappointed
Check in and getting the key was a big issue. Key was not in the lock box. Lady went back to find out where it was. Almost 20 minutes found out maintenance person took it with him. Then she went back to get the side sliding door key. That took a while. Even she had a hard time trying to show us how to lock and unlock it. Not enough light on that side and not a very secure door. Not a good feeling with all our stuff in the room. Given we were there for only one night we wasted a lot of time dealing and trying to figure out how this lock wrong. Delayed our dinner plans. 300 hold on credit has still not been removed, almost three days later. Also light bulb in kitchen was burnt out. If maintenance had checked the room, issue should have been resolved.
