Welcome to our inviting one-bedroom studio, thoughtfully designed for your comfort and convenience. As you enter, you'll find yourself embraced by a cozy ambiance, enhanced by the gentle hum of the air conditioning, ensuring your stay remains refreshingly cool.

On your right, a compact living area invites you to unwind, complete with a snug sofa and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing with a good book or catching up on your favorite shows. On your left, petite dining area awaits, offering a quaint setting for enjoying intimate meals or savoring morning coffee as you plan your day's adventures. The kitchenette, tucked neatly into a corner, boasts essential amenities for light meal preparation, including a mini-fridge, microwave, and basic kitchenware.

Step outside onto your private patio, where a charming outdoor seating area beckons you to soak up the sunshine or bask in the tranquil evening breeze. With verdant foliage providing a natural backdrop, it's the ideal spot to unwind and reconnect with nature.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, accessibility is effortless, allowing you to come and go with ease. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a solo escape, our one-bedroom studio offers a cozy haven where you can relax, recharge, and create cherished memories.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING: Please be advised that the rate quoted by on this platform does not include a mandatory 6% resort fee and 9% government tax payable by all visitors to the country of Belize. This amount will be charged at check-in and is payable by cash or credit card. The reason the fee is not included in this platform is to save our guests a few dollars given that this platform charges their fees in addition to whatever rate is added online. Therefore, by paying the taxes at check-in, you save a few dollars that you can instead enjoy in the country instead.

The following terms and specials will apply to all weekly and long-term reservations.

Weekly reservations staying more than 7 nights will receive a 10% discount and housekeeping will be provided daily.

Long-term reservations staying 28 nights or more will receive a 30% discount and housekeeping will be provided weekly. An additional deposit of US$250.00 will be collected at check-in to cover electricity and any additional fees.
