"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. Extremely recommended."

Also, the bed top slid off when I tried to get out of bed in the morning, and I fell on the floor. But the host was very kind, and helpful with directions."
