"One of the most amazing stays that I ever had in Mindo, Sara was an excellent host, very sweet and always able to help and assist in anything that I needed! Great attention to details and service to make your stay unforgettable. The place is immaculate clean, the food was awesome and more than what I was able to eat lol. Highly recommended if you are looking for a special place surrounded by nature, plenty of fruit trees, birds, running creeks throughout the property and two adorable dogs ♥️ a place to make memories as a solo traveler or with family. Definitely a come back for me; thank you team for all that you did to make a very special stay for me. "

"I loved my stay at River Song. I was offered an upgrade for no charge upon my arrival. The family who owns River Song were so friendly and kind and welcoming. They made me feel like a member of the family. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and my cabin sat right on Mindo River. The family helped me arrange transportation and helped with tour information. I would definitely stay at River Song again!"

"The description of the room wasn’t accurate, but the staff manage to solve the problem properly. The only downfall of the place was the hot pool, which wasn't "hot" enough."

"Incredible. Such a wonderful place to stay in the Mindo area. Really tucked away in the forest but only a 20-25min walk or $3 cab to the town. We stayed in the upper level of the lodge which was wonderfully positioned to watch the birds. Excellent service really recommend. "
