"Excellent frieny communication from receptionists before and throughout stay. We stayed in the ecolodges which were brand new and finished to a very high standard. Nice quiet area and relaxing green spaces/gardens between lodges. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain during our stay and the shower drain began to smell quite strongly - property management made aware of this and were to sort this on our departure. "Our villa reservation got upgraded, so we got a bigger place which also looked newly renovated. It was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was nice too, but we found a better breakfast at another hotel for 1Euro less. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a great place to stay."

"Most everything was great but for a busy upscale hotel no wifi except the lobby ? Time to upgrade when you’re in your room is where you need it !! Pretty tough to do anything without wifi these days!! I’m pretty sure they are making enough money to afford better wifi service "

"Perfect 4* hotel, but tbh it’s better than some 5* in Porto Cervo where I stayed previously. Definitely will choose this hotel for my next stay in Sardinia. All the hotel staff is so caring and friendly. Very easy parking and safe territory. Breakfast was served in cosy little garden terrace near the pool and choice of food for breakfast just perfect. Ideal driving distance to supermarket or beach or Porto Cervo centre. Loved everything. 10 out of 10. Thank you for all staff for making our stay...
