"Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. My only negative was the noise in our room. We could hear everything from upstairs- footsteps, chairs scraping, doors closing, etc from 7am and it was disturbing. The hotel was pretty empty so I think it was probably staff. But we stayed in winter and I guess the air con in summer might drown out that noise. "

Our stay was very close to the station, picked it especially as it’s hard for my mom to walk long distances.Then I find out that we first have to go to the check in location and not our actual stay location(which is more than 2km away).But I have to say thank you to the person who was kind enough to ask the driver to drive us to our location that was very pleasant.Although what...

"Hotel is minutes away from the main train station. Oksana from the hotel sent pics on how to get to the hotel but she was very helpful when i couldnt figure out how to enter the main building. Room is very clean, bright and airy. Lots of eateries nearby altho for halal food, need to walk to the other side of the Garibaldi station. Lift to hotel is those old ones which you need to close the doors manually..amaze its still works well. There's coffee and tea at the reception area you can use. Room...

"Great location - easy to walk to many sites, restaurants and street markets. Clean and modern rooms - a lot bigger than we were expecting. Lovely staff - friendly and helpful with suggestions of local restaurants and places to visit. Breakfast included - simple breakfast and perfect to set you up for a great day ahead."

"If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. The rooms are on level 4 and 5 with breakfast on 6. There is no elevator beyond level 4 and at times people did not shut the elevator door properly (old school) and twice I had to climb up 5 flights of stairs with a strained ankle. So if you have an issue going up stairs, I do not recommend.
