"Ho alloggiato in questa casa per 8 notti. È molto bella e spaziosa e munita di tutto il necessario per poter alloggiare in tranquillità, senza bisogno di acquistare oggetti di prima necessità. La posizione è ottima e strategica per chi ha l’auto e desidera raggiungere spiagge e vita notturna. L’unico difetto su cui io e le mie 3 amiche vogliamo soffermarci è la signora delle pulizie: è entrata in casa 2 volte senza preavviso e senza il nostro permesso (tra l’altro, con suo figlio piccolo)....

"Fantastic host and a lovely property on a stunning island. Our host Eveline was lovely and on the first night gave us lots of information about the island, she also helped to organise boat hire for us. Fruit and vegetables that they were growing were freely available and the many dogs and other animals on site provided other produce and great entertainment. Car hire is a must here as the property is a fair way from any amenities. We were there in August and the villa was cooler than outside but...

"We stayed at Porto Istana for 10 days and it was an outstanding experience. The home is well appointed with everything you will need for your stay. The pool area, BBQ and outside living space is absolutely perfect…not to mention the VIEWS! It is possible to walk to the beach - a bit of a distance but we did it many days. There is a great bar called Geko that serves cocktails and great pizza / lunch. You will not go wrong choosing this home!"

"Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a great view of the water. Easy access to Golfo Aranci and other local beaches. Great decor. Everything you need was provided. Nice pool area with access to 2 small beaches. We would definitely recommend."

"Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. La struttura è molto confortevole, molto pulito con ampio giardino e parcheggio privato, in zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Situata in luogo strategico per arrivare a tutte le spiagge. Il paesino piccolo ma con market rifornito. A due passi da San Teodoro per una location animata. "We had a wonderful time in Sardinia. The weather was perfect (sunny and hot), the island incredible beautiful (best beaches ever) and the house in an absolutely privileged location (a bit hard to find), had a breathtaking view, nice swimming pool and well taken care gardens. Modern, elegant and simple decoration with all that we needed to enjoy our stay (except for air conditioning in the basement room, but plenty of fans.....). The owner provided all sort of information for shops, restaurants...

"The view from the many terraces at this home was utterly amazing. Jaw dropping. It’s a large home with two separate guest room houses - which wasn’t 100% clear when we booked it. You definitely need a car here to get to the beach or any market or restaurant. There’s a small kitchen with a dishwasher and tons of plates/glassware (in a separate room). We even found a cooler for beach picnics. There is A/C in the bedrooms (tho one didn’t work while we were there) but not in the main shared spaces....
