"Bottled water should be complimentary and a bathrobe is pretty much expected. When we arrived, the resort was empty yet they wanted to charge us an early check in fee. This was not a warm welcome! Otherwise, the staff was excellent."

"Escoger el Hotel Bambito para nuestra estadía en Volcán fue lo mejor. Un hotel con una hermosa infraestructura, sus jardines espectaculares, su piscina y jacuzzi. Todo su personal de lo más amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, en especial el sr. Melvin quien nos atendió en el bar y nos regaló una velada agradable. "Best place in Panama. We drove from Panama City eight hours but worth it We loved the national park feel hiked the trails (even to the waterfall) had great food and the best coffee, Ask Roosevelt in the dining room how he got his name. Don’t miss this place"

"I stayed there for 13 nights during a move to Panama. A real nice family run business. It was a great experience. The property is very well kept and super clean. The staff was super friendly and very timely with any questions I had. I had a small efficiency and there is a nice grocery store one block away. Can’t say enough and I would certainly recommend AIRES FRESCO to my friends and family. "
