"Good location! Good WiFi! Very good shower pressure! Very friendly staff! Nice (free) breakfast with good coffee! The cafe has good food actually! I found the area around the hotel lacking many dining options, so I ate there a few times and liked the food! I would consider staying here when I'm back in Loja."

"Excellent location; walkable. The receptionists were excellent and very helpful. The bell boy Angel was excellent! He did his best to always speak English to us and to help us with maps, etc. Our room was perfect. We had a buffet breakfast which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again."

"No pude hospedarme en el hotel a pesar de la reserva, cuando llegué no había nadie en la recepción ni en ninguna otra parte del hotel, lobby, cafetería, no hubo nadie quien me atendiera y luego de 10 minutos de esperar que alguien aparezca, decidi irme porque debia instalarme pronto en un alojamiento. Además luego intenté llamar al telefono del hotel que habia en su pagina y ese telefono celular estaba apagado. Asi que no hubo forma de ponerme en contacto con ellos "
