"Great location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec and its many restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Very efficient front deck staff and friendly bellmen and housekeeping staff. Good restaurant with breakfast buffet. "

"Visit Guadalajara for the first time from Texas. We absolutely loved the Hotel Portobelo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It’s a 10 minute walk to center of city . Would definitely recommend it. "
