New apartment very well located 250 m from the beach and the center.
garden level, with large fully equipped garden.
2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed and large dressing room each.
Living room ; sofa, flat screen TV, coffee table ..
kitchen: oven, fridge and freezer, electric hob, sink and hood, microwave, dishwasher and all kitchen utensils, cupboards and drawers.
Bathroom shower and cabin, sink with cabinet, washing machine.
Separate WC.
Linen is not provided, can be rented.
A deposit check of 200 euros is requested on arrival and cashed only in the event of a dispute; it is returned on the day of the loan.

Belles Vacances
L'appartement est bien placé, près de la plage environs 350m et du supermarché et boulanger. Position tranquille et bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, linge, micro-ondes, fer pour repasser, essui cheveux, tv). Au 1. Étage avec vue sur le jardin et vers les montagnes et d'une côté vers le pays et on aperçu aussi un peu la mer.Parking près de la maison. On a aussi la possibilité de faire le barbecue. L'appartement a été restauré avec goût. Mme Pauline a nous accueilli très gentiment et était très disponible. Nous retournerons très volontiers. Location conseillé.
