Villa Romana is a luxurious Tuscan villa dating from the thirteenth century located in the town of San Miniato (Pisa).

The villa is located in a large property of 5 hectares immersed in the Tuscan hills and enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view at 360°.

The villa is reached by taking a road with majestic cypresses, characteristic of the Tuscan landscape and is located near a small village with church and bell tower.

The entire property can accommodate up to 21 people.
Possibility to rent from a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 9 rooms. The price varies according to the rooms booked.
The property consists of:
- a large elegant and carefully furnished villa, with 6 double bedrooms and two suites, one of which can become a triple, for a total of 17 beds. Possibility of adding in the Villa two additional beds for children up to 12 years with an extra charge of 100 euros per night. Air conditioning, wi-fi, mosquito nets. Panoramic view from all windows.

You can rent the whole property for a minimum of 7 nights.
The luxurious villa offers modern comforts while maintaining its original features and traditional design.
The interior spaces have been furnished with refined furniture and attention to detail is visible everywhere.
The ground floor has:
a large open living room with direct access to two outdoor terraces,

TV room with sofas
a dining room
a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, which gives access to an outdoor terrace with a beautiful decorated ceramic table. Chef is available on request for breakfasts, lunches and dinners ( prices according to the menu requested )
All rooms have private bathrooms with large showers and sinks in Carrara marble.
Two of these rooms, located on the ground floor, have an external access and are also suitable for people with motor problems.
All rooms are air conditioned.

The following services are available on request ( not included in the price) and for a fee:
Car available, driver, child care, concierge, massages, meal delivery, private chef, dog-sitting, pizza and aperitifs.

Within the large park, there are several trails to walk and discover the many scattered and cozy corners that the entire property offers.

A beautiful infinity pool with whirlpool, not far from the villa, you can enjoy both the large solarium with panoramic views and the fully furnished Roman style veranda. Two other shaded areas, with hanging curtains of great effect, are also available to guests for aperitifs poolside or dinners.

In addition to visiting villages and cities of art, guests can enjoy fine wines and dishes in the many restaurants, taverns, inns and pizzerias nearby.
Villa Romana is an excellent starting point to visit many important Tuscan art cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Volterra, but also small medieval villages like Vinci, Certaldo and San Miniato alto, Renowned for its white truffles or Lajatico where every summer the opera singer Andrea Bocelli holds his international concerts at the 'Teatro del Silenzio'.
The Tuscan coast is only 45 minutes away by car.
