"Me he quedado ya en varias ocasiones en el hotel. Es muy cómodo y tiene buenas amenidades. Sin embargo, está última ocasión nos tocó ser vecinos de unos chavos muy escandalosos (me imagino era su viaje de grupo) y en ningún momento el personal los vino a callar. Estamos hablando a altas horas de la noche. Independiente, creo que deberían de mejorar el aislamiento acústico de las habitaciones y pasillos, para poder tener un mejor descanso, a pesar de que se puedan tener vecinos ruidosos. "

"Todo bien, solo que las suites y las habitaciones son más como de un motel para ir a... No son familiares, tienen espejos en el techo, regaderas al lado de la cama con cristal, digo chido por las parejas que van sin niños, pero pues a quienes reservamos por aquí para ir con pequeños, te llevas una sorpresa no tan buena. El hotel está súper, la alberca súper, pero pues, si deberían tener habitaciones para familia. "

Being repeleant , otherwise mosquito will bite you all night long,!! and staff does not warn you, the pool was dirty, staff was missing the next day , not found at recepttion, Not a great experience but i thought it had great potential but the mosquito and pool being dirty is a huge red flag"
