I loved the solitude being out in the country. The sound of the cows were relaxing in a busy world. I will definitely return and/or recommend this place.
My husband and his brother stayed in this lovely home the week of their mother's passing. It was the perfect setting to relax and find peace after stressful weeks of staying in nearby hotels. The check-in was very convenient and the property management office staff was very responsive. Should there come another time we visit Paso Robles, we will stay here.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We came into the property at 4 pm and it was freezing. 55 degrees not a big deal we turned in the heater and left for a few hours. Came back and smelled like rotten eggs really bad! Also did not smell like that outside. Contacted the manager and was told it was normal… I went to hotel because I couldn’t stand the smell also didn’t want to risk gas. I was told there no gas leak and the smell is normal. They refuse to give me a refund. Also no WiFi not a big deal but wasn’t in the description..

Unkempt around the property
This property was not what I was expecting. There's very limited outdoor space that you would actually use. It's only the porch that you see pictured. There's a mountain view out of the front of the house if you can see through the trees. The views from the side and back of the house are unpleasant. There is no bathtub. It says it's dog-friendly but there's a street in front that has very fast traffic and there's a barbwire fence along the pasture to the side and back of the house. On the property near the house, there is an unkempt shed, a broken dump truck, and a large shipment container. The description that it has a "cool modern ranch vibe" is misleading. There was a slight moldy smell in the kitchen from the mop kept in the room adjacent to it. The sponges to clean dishes were used and the dishwasher didn't completely dissolve the detergent cube. For me, it was not a relaxing getaway in rural wine country.
This place was very clean, and a good size. It's a little out of the way in San Miguel, but overall it's in a quiet spot, still easy to get to Paso Robles and Templeton, and all the area has to offer. Even little San Miguel has some charm with some local restaurants, a historical bar...the Elkhorn, and the Mission and adobe for a little history. There's no wi-fi, but you can get data through the local networks pretty easy. Check-in/check-out was an easy process. All in all, a great stay, and a great place.
