Margarita at the front desk wasn't very kind or affable. Room was dark, small and unventilated. Bathroom was small and didn’t smell very well. No toiletries except for water, shampoo and a soap bar.

A very nice and welcoming place!
My stay here was wonderful! The property is a nice house located at walking distance from the center, closest to Plaza de la Soledad. My room was really clean, had a private bathroom, a TV, internet access, nice hardwood furniture and a fan. The room was cleaned daily and kept to perfection. There's a common dining area with a microwave and a stove in the second floor. There's also a small chapel downstairs. The personnel at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. I really liked this place, and would stay there again on another trip.

No me respetaron habitación Deluxe, me dieron una Estandar, en lo que se refiere a la cabezera (simple), al colchón matrimonial (no era Queen), y al supuesto Armario que realmente era un Rack de madera con un tubo para colgar ropa. Me dijo el Sr Cruz que estaban en proceso de remodelación pero poco a poco (???). Puse queja por e-mail, me visitó Jéssica una empleada administrativa, me dijo que lo sentía pero que no podía hacer nada. Yo le dije que las fotos en sitios Booking y Expedia me dan la razón, y que lis iba a calificar acorde en Expedia. Me dijo que ni modo.

El colchon y la ropa de xama estqban comod y limpios, pero el cuarto tenia humedades que despedian olor, no cyentqn con servicio de restaurante , y el costo me parecio caro para lo que son las instalaciones , realmente esperaba algo mejor 1,200 por noche me toco pagar de haber sabido mejor menboy a uno de canena con mejores instalaciones y desayuno ejecutivo o bufet incluido
