Aspectos para mejorar.
Las persianas de las habitaciones dejan pasar mucha luz, con tanta iluminación es imposible levantarse tarde. A algunos huéspedes les permiten tener alimentos y bebidas en la alberca (que no adquirieron en el hotel), incluso escuchar música en volumen alto con bocinas propias. Cuando nosotros acercamos un termo metálico con agua fría a la alberca, la gerente de inmediato mandó a decirnos que lo retiráramos.

Lugar tranquilo para estar todo el día. Deberían proporcionar un transporte a la ciudad con horario de ida y de vuelta ya que es costoso el taxi y difícil el regreso casi 2 hora y media el conseguir regresar

Las instalaciones estan deterioradas y cualquiera puede llegar con una bocina y poner musica en la alberca sin que el hotel haga algo, es un lugar de descanso y eso perturba la tranquilidad. Algunos de los empleados no son amables.
