Spent two nights at this hotel and loved it. Breakfast was good (juice, eggs, fruit, bread) as well. Walkable and overall very clean. Would definitely stay there again!

This property is very convenient located. You can walk to the main cathedral and downtown in no time the room although it’s kind of a small they keep it very neat and clean.

Nice property, great location, few areas to improv
Feels very new, great price and great location. I would give it five starts BUT the shower hot water situation is not good. You have to leave the sink on for five minutes for the shower to heat up and it never gets hot.

This place exceeded our expectations. The staff was really friendly and helpful at all times. We were welcomed with a signature cocktail drink from their bar. The location was also very convenient, only a short 5 to 10-minute walk to the cathedral.

Great price and location
Was very pleased with this booking the location was close to city center and quiet at night. The room price was the most affordable part of my trip in San Miguel. The free breakfast was a great, the servers were so nice and attentive and relaxing to sit on the rooftop enjoying a cappuccino. The hotel was modern without trying too hard and would stay again when I come back.

Recently remodelled, the rooms are sleek and modern, but also functional and pleasant to use. The rooms have enough sound proofing that the events or parties nearby were not a problem, even for light sleepers. The king beds were firm and comfortable. The included breakfast was ok, but the coffee was some of the weakest I've had. Their espresso drinks (not included) were good. Parking is a nightmare, as this is the historic downtown. The hotel partnered with a parking lot and a valet service, but this was never available when we drove in, even if we gave them half an hour of notice; with nowhere to wait, one ends up circling the block. Related, the hotel would benefit from a loading area, to avoid blocking the road.

Liked the hotel. Only issue was check-in time. We arrived 30 minutes before check-in and they had us wait until 3 p.m. which is the actual check in time but there was no signs of hotel being busy. Felt like they could have allowed us to check in earlier. Right at 3pm we were given our key. Other than that clean, small room.

Stayed 3 night at this property in SMA. Excellent stay. Breakfast was good. Room was great although maybe a bit tight. The hot water needs to run for a minute or two before it reaches the room. The room as super quiet and the property was a oasis in SMA. SMA was very memorable and visually stunning. Great stay.
