Apartment located in quiet area between golf courses, very bright and modern decor, with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday complex with three pools one for children, one heated, gardens ,. We have Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, balcony with partial ocean, golf course and pool view. The sea and promenade about 200m. Restaurants, supermarkets in the area. Teide volcano less than an hour, beaches and leisure areas about 10 minutes. And also the airport within 10 minutes.

When is Aircon not Aircon? When it's R2D2.
Firstly the appartment is a good size, spotlessly clean and in a great location but by no stretch of the imagination does it have Aircon, even though it clearly states it has in the description and we always insist and check the properties we book have as my Wife suffers with bad hot flushes and night sweats. We arrived at 4.15 pm and were shown the place, I asked where was the aircon was and was shown a box under a shelf in the bedroom, not ideal but we're there so we'll give it a go. After we'd unpacked Iput on the machine which I thought was vented through the wall only to find you had to unplug the tv to use it and it was as loud as a Ducati Motorbike, also it wasn't vented out the wall you had to attach an expandable hose and put it out of the bedroom window, not adisable on the ground floor plus it meant you couldn't leave it on to go for a drink or to the pool as the window had to stay open. We tried to perceiver but got no sleep as it was either to hot or to noisy. So next day we did as advised on here by H&A and contacted the owner to say we were moving out as it was unacceptable. I didn't ask for a full refund but 2/3rds less any cleaning cost etc he may have incurred. He replied he hadn't lied or cheated me and as I'd cancelled after 60 days (Not much choice really as we were already there) I wasn't entitled to anything. So now I'll see how good H&A are at settling problems as in my opinion I was mislead and the appartment is misrepresented in the description totally, I shall also be disputing payment with my CC company. So be warned this is a nice appartment in a good location but DOES NOT HAVE AIRCON.

Vrijwel perfect
Gezellig knus appartement met alles erop en eraan. Helemaal niets op aan te merken. Auto kan voor de deur op afgesloten parking. Rustig gelegen maar toch alle restaurants e.d. op enkele minuten lopen. Heerlijk ruim balkon op het oosten, en zicht deels op zwembad en tuinen. De enthousiaste eigenaar verwelkomt je en helpt je overal mee op weg. Wij kunnen niks negatiefs melden.

A Very Good and Quiet Location.
A great and quiet location with some very good restaurants at the bottom of the road. Good walking from the apartment with the seafront path being only 5 mins away. Jose was there to meet us at the start and end of or visit with no problems or issues. We would return at some point.

Wet clean and immaculate apartment
We stayed in this apartment at the beginning of March2018 Everything in the apartment was was quite new and in good order. It was nice sitting in the morning sun on the balcony overlooking the swimming pool while we had a bit of breakfast Only slight criticism was no toaster so we struggled having some toast! Other than that it was very nice and recommended

A comfortable, relaxing and convenient place to stay.
Jose, the owner of the apartment, is a friendly, kind and punctual person. He was waiting patiently at the apartment to welcome us, even though our flight was one hour late arriving. The apartment was clean, spacious, bright and well furnished. It had everything that the two of us needed. A swim in the heated pool was a refreshing way to relax after a long walk along the nearby coastal path. The supermarket in San Blas was an easy 20 to 30 minute walk away by road or coastal path. It was a ten minute walk to the nearest bus stop. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance of the apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Very good
Could not expect better, clean, comfortable, homely, everything on hand. Hose was there to great us and show us round. Only let down was no hair drier (picky) but there is none listed, and no welcome pack, (not always required but arriving after 23:00hrs a necessity, even local bar was closed) just to be able make a drink after a long journey.
