Private garden and fenced completely with western exposure. Equipped with fridge, freezer, air conditioning, washing machine, numbered parking and wi-fi included. Barbecue for common use. It is about 650 meters from the sea.

-Security deposit: 100eur to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out, after the apartment inspection.
-City tax: it is required to be paid upon arrival in cash. It is 1,00eur per night per person for a maximum of 10 nights (children under 4 years are exempt).

-Bed linen: 8eur person/stay
-1 towel for the shower: 5eur person/stay
