The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite and cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the apartment has recently been equipped with an infrared cabin. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony, marvelling at the incredible mountain panorama and the views of the valley - known for its many hours of sunshine. The private outdoor area also comprises a garden, where you can relax and spend the evenings with delicious meals from the communal barbecue. For children, there is also a playground on the premises. The nearest supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can all be found a 4-minute drive (2.5 km) away, in St. Martin. From the village you can drive to the “Stuller Wasserfälle”, some of Europe’s highest waterfalls in 20 minutes (16 km), and in winter, the nearest ski lifts can be reached in 30 minutes by car (21.5 km). The city of Merano, famous for its spa resorts, is located a 20-minute drive (15.5 km) away, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano is a 45-minute drive (46 km) from the apartment.

Neues Haus mit Top Ausstattung ideal auch für Gäste mit Hund
Pros: Sehr schöne Aussicht ins Tal , die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Garage und direktem Zugang zur Wohnung und die unheimlich nette und gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Wir kommen gern nochmals wieder. Cons: Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist steil und Kurvenreich mit viel entgegen kommenden Verkehr. Leider gibt es in der direkten Nähe zum Haus keinen richtigen Weg den man morgens mit dem Hund nutzen könnte und nur die zentrale Straße am Berg. Mit dem Auto kurz ins Tal fahren und am Fluss gibt es lange ausgebaute Wege !

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöne geräumige und lichtdurchflutete Wohnung mit guter Beschattungsmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung war gut gepflegt mit guter bis sehr guter Ausstattung (inkl. tollem Wellness-Raum mit Infrarotkabine). Sehr gut - eigener Parkplatz in der Garage, schattig und kühl. Tolle Terrasse und eingezäunter Garten (vorteilhaft für den Hund) mit toller Aussicht. Cons: Fehlende Betriebsanleitungen der verbauten Geräte war ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Ein ideales Sommerquartier für junge Familien mit Kindern.
Pros: Super-freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, ein großzügig und klug konzipiertes Haus mit phantastischem Ausblick von einer großen zur Wohnung gehörenden Terrasse und ein tolles Frühstück ! Der "Parkplatz" liegt sogar in einer Tiefgarage unter der Wohnung. Im Haus gibt es zwei Ferienwohnungen und man darf Einblick in das Leben auf einem Bio-Bauernhof nehmen.. Cons: Man muß wissen, dass das Haus (und umgekehrt der Ort St. Martin) faktisch nur über eine kurvenreiche und schmale Bergstr. erreichbar ist. Gelegenheit für eine Hunde-Gassi-Runde direkt beim Haus ist kaum vorhanden.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof
Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns auf dem Pfandlerhof wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Ein Muss ist der Besuch des Hofes. Es wird alles erklärt und täglich frische Milch zu bekommen, ist auch nicht unbedingt der Standard. Wir kommen gern wieder!! Grüße aus Berlin

Ein super zu Hause auf Zeit!
Pros: Prima ist der Garten, die riesen Terrasse, die infrarot Kabine, es ist alles modern und neuwertig. Es ist sehr viel Platz in der Wohnung. Sie ist super ausgestattet. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, man kann jederzeit die Tiere besuchen. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll. Cons: Die Lage ist ziemlich "abgeschieden", man braucht immer das Auto. Es ist also "nicht zentral", was aber gut machbar ist bzw. Für uns kein Problem war.
