"My room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It feels more like an apartment, although there is no kitchenette. There is a mini-fridge, but no kettle. The location could get a bit noisy, being so close to the train/bus stations. Overall it's a pretty good stay. I would consider this place again if I'm in this area again."

"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. "Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. "

"There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. We couldn’t have wished for a better hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary."

"Wonderful stay for celebrating New Year and visiting the area. Rooms were large and well appointed, bathrooms modern with all amenities, very clean. Breakfast included had a large variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, salami,milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. The manager was pleasant and very helpful, making coffee for everyone in the mornings. Will be back when in the area and recommend the place to friends-day trips to Verona, Vicenza, Padova, and last, but not least, amazing Venice. "

"I was so pleased when I entered Domus Dotti to meet Irene, the manager. She was highly communicative before my arrival and was excellent upon arrival. Although she has little English, we are in her country so we both worked to communicate effectively. She was so pleasant and attentive, excellent manager. You have to read website carefully.
