"Excellent apartment in the old part of Padova. Room was very clean, safe & modern, with the necessary amenities. Plenty of shopping & dining options nearby. Was about a 15 minute walk from the station. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Padua to stay."

"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. "

"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. "There is nothing negative about this hotel, the staff were unbelievable even willing to get bus times, train times nothing was a problem, the breakfast catered for everyone and the room, well, beyond clean it was spotless, the pool an added bonus and also spotless. We couldn’t have wished for a better hotel to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary."

"Wonderful stay for celebrating New Year and visiting the area. Rooms were large and well appointed, bathrooms modern with all amenities, very clean. Breakfast included had a large variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, salami,milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. The manager was pleasant and very helpful, making coffee for everyone in the mornings. Will be back when in the area and recommend the place to friends-day trips to Verona, Vicenza, Padova, and last, but not least, amazing Venice. "

"Room 1 was perfectly place in the middle of the piazza, breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Francesco was very helpful. We took a picture of a menu and she took the time to translate it for us! Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location in the middle of old town."

"This place was such a cool vibe as a solo female travel, the safe were so lovely and i thought sharinf with 6 other girls would be draughting, everyone was so respectful. The facilities were upto date and very clean. I would come here again. Around the corner in the bus to Venice which is only €1.50. Super convenient 👌 "
