Close to shopping at the Outlet Mall at San Marcos and Texas State University. Come enjoy the River tubing down the San Marcos River, Eat a great breakfast at the Texas bean and Brew Restaurant on location. Take a glass bottom boat tour of the Edwards aquafer or enjoy the nightlife on the Square. So much to do...so little time.

Tiny Home
Cozy tiny home, quiet and nestled in the trees. Close to Texas State University and I 35. Sits to back of RV park with Bean and Brew on property. Surprisingly quiet, and brunch was fabulous! Home was very clean and comfortable.
