I had originally booked our family a 2-night stay. But once we stepped out of the elevator to the third floor, there was a chair and other items right there. It got worse once we entered the room. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, the room didn't have any lamps, the microwave was missing, and the bed pillows were tiny. Going into the bathroom, the bath towels were also quite small, very rough, and had some stains. After about one hour, I asked the front desk why there were lamps missing, perhaps I could switch to another room. I was informed that the hotel was going through renovations and all rooms are currently lacking these items. Because I didn't want to spend my nights looking for things with my phone flashlight, we decided to leave. Incredibly disappointed that the hotel didn't inform me of the conditions neither when I checked in nor on the website when booking. Pretty shady if you ask me. I was provided the email general manager's email address to request a refund and sent an email, but I have not heard back.
